Tamara is a Yoga, Pilates and Meditation teacher from London. She has led retreats at the most prestigious locations worldwide, coordinates corporate wellness initiatives and curates wellness experiences for luxury hotels.
She is passionate about the benefits of Yoga for mind-body connection and overall health and wellbeing. Tamara loves to share the power of Yoga and meditation as practices to help unlock a life of presence, joy and inner peace in combination with building a strong and supple body.
Practicing with Tamara will provide a space to connect to the body and breath with greater awareness. Her classes range from dynamic and uplifting to relaxing and deeply restorative, incorporating creative sequencing to both stretch and strengthen, always with a focus on correct body alignment. Classes will be tailored towards your unique needs and bring together a bespoke blend of styles for your personal practice optimisation.
Tamara strongly believes in the application of Yoga to enhance athletic performance and recovery. She has worked with the likes of Fulham and Chelsea football clubs and other elite sportspeople to provide Yoga for athletes specifically tailored to this.

Amelia McNamara is a NASM, National Academy of Sports Medicine, certified Personal Trainer and Precision Nutrition Certified Coach. As a former high school and collegiate athlete, Amelia's love of training has always been a part of her DNA. For the past several years, Amelia has travelled the world as a trainer and host for top fitness retreats across the globe, advocating her passion for fitness and travel. Amelia started her formal career in health as a personal trainer and boxing coach with Equinox. Amelia later founded her own independent personal training company (A-List Fit) which is located in Southern California. Amelia's inspiring energy, work ethic, and drive helps her clients level up and step into their best mentally, physically and beyond.
**Amelia also holds certifications with Animal Flow Level 1, Kettlebell Athletics Level 1, Pre & Post Natal Corrective Exercise Specialist (Fit For Birth), and PPSC (Pain Free Performance Specialist Certification; Dr. John Rusin), as well as being a Former Tier 3+ trainer at Equinox - encompassing over 220+ hours of science-backed education through the Equinox Fitness Training Institute (EFTI).

Lexi Rodriguez is a dedicated wellness practitioner with a diverse background that began with her studies in transpersonal psychology, life coaching, and movement. Beginning her journey at a healing arts school in her early 20’s. Lexi expanded her expertise to include certifications in movement therapy, Classical Pilates, Somatics & Somatic Experiencing, Breathwork, Meditation, & Reiki energy healing. With 8 years of experience teaching fitness in San Diego studios and a global client base that she serves inside of her private practice, Lexi’s passion is supporting individuals to connect with their body and mind, resolve trauma in the body, and strengthen their nervous systems capacity so that desires can not only be manifested but in a sustainable way. Her work is deeply rooted in ancient pranayama breathwork, Vedic mantra meditation, and somatic experiencing.

Georgia is a travel specialist and fitness fanatic from London with years of experience within the retreat and wellness sector. Her specialties lie in customer experience and business development where she takes an active role in supporting clients throughout their Thrive Journey. Georgia started her career in the wellness industry with luxury members club, Third Space where she supported members with their training journey. She later entered the retreat space and for the last year, she has been hosting retreats around the world, making each retreat feel personal to her clients. Georgia takes pride in her role and goes above and beyond to ensure clients leave her retreats rested and recharged.
Georgia loves to travel and has visited 22 countries to date, 10 of which being solo trips. Training has been an important part of Georgia’s life and she wishes to encourage more people to move more in a way they enjoy. She is a qualified class instructor, an ex professional dancer and recently has started competing in powerlifting.
